My experience with them has been beyond poor. I gave them an assignment which their manager Alex confirmed they have a writer for. The assignment was due on the 18th April 2018 but when I called on 16th to get an update I was told they are sorry but their writer couldn’t deliver. I’ve ever since been promised my full refund but anytime I call them they always have one excuse or the other. This is especially their incompetent managers Alex and Richard. I’m still yet to get a refund and a callback.

I dealt with the same problem also!! Their work is as bad as their customer service. They didn’t deliver the essay on the date of deadline and when I called and ask they promised to deliver in the morning of the deadline but they didn’t… It was delivered the next day of the deadline and the work is nothing related to the assignment topic. They asked sorry and processed for a refund and still no response. Every time I call, they will say our team will contact you within 24hrs and it’s been 3 months now.
